Our counselling sessions can be face-to-face, by
telephone, or a mixture of the two.
The advantages of telephone counselling are:
Availability: it's easier to
schedule, as you can fit a session in wherever you
have a free hour.
Accessibility: you can call from anywhere in
the world, so there's no need to travel to my locality.
Easier to be open: being at the other end of the
phone makes it easier
for some people to talk frankly and openly.
Meeting responsibilities: you may care for
a child or relative or otherwise find it difficult to leave home.
Anonymity: for various reasons some people
prefer to be anonymous. Prefixing your
number with 141- (in the UK) and making payments via
third parties such as Paypal, enable this.
