I draw on a wide range of models, including brief therapy and long-term therapy, so that I can tailor my approach to best suit your needs.

Before training professionally as a therapist, I worked in the field of dialogue analysis, studying how people use language in real life.

Currently in private practice, and a lecturer in counselling at Guildford College, I have previous experience working in agencies, both face to face and by telephone. I am also a volunteer helper at Guildford Contact Centre, for children with a non-resident parent.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within its ethical framework.
